‘P’ RANGE PUMPS
Introducing the new ‘P’ Range Progressive Cavity Pumps, engineered for superior efficiency and reliability in fluid handling. Featuring a unique thrust bush joint, these pumps deliver robust performance, a compact design, and exceptional adaptability across diverse industrial applications.

1. Optimized Rotor & Stator Geometry
Available in both standard and 6L geometry options
- Elastomer seal ring at both end of the stator is an integral part of the stator preventing corrosion of stator tube as the pumped media doesn’t come in contact with the stator sleeve or the adhesive.
- Stator’s are designed with tapered entry to facilitate easier entry of media and improve the suction capability.
2. Thrust Bush Joint
The uniquely designed thrust bush joint efficiently absorbs axial loads, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. A metal-reinforced boot seal prevents media from entering the joints, extending joint life and reducing wear and maintenance.
3. Improved Pump Housing
Two large inspection ports enable easy & quick inspection of the joints and removal of any blockage during pumping.
4. Advanced Shaft Seal Design
The open seal housing design prevents media accumulation, enhancing seal life and eliminating the need for seal flushing plans.
5. Heavy Duty Bearing Housing
Bearing Housing Designed with a two-piece shaft, it supports all types of drives and simplifies servicing of rotating parts.
Our Product Range
Standard Wide Throat Pump
These pumps feature a large rectangular hopper, auger, and extended compression zone for higher volumetric efficiency. The wide throat inlet enables gravity-fed flow of highly viscous, solid-laden media onto the auger, which pushes it to the pumping elements. They are ideal for handling sludge, pastes, adhesives, and other thick materials requiring controlled, efficient transfer.

Small Wide Throat Pump
They are designed for applications where bigger opening are required due to suction conditions. Their design ensures compatibility with standard suction casings, allowing easy interchangeability. The coupling rod features a short auger design, facilitating smoother and more effective product feeding. These pumps are ideal for handling medium viscosity liquids with poor flowability that require controlled & steady pumping.

Cake Pump
They offer a superior solution for handling highly viscous non-flowable dewatered sludge cake with high dry solid contents up to 45%. Featuring a spacious feed hopper with custom length of up to 2000 mm, a separate compression zone, and an auger feed screw with an enlarged diameter & extended pitch, these pumps are ideal for conveying highly viscous sludge cake.

Food Pump
Heavy Duty Semi-Hygienic Food Pumps are designed for handling viscous & shear-sensitive applications in food and beverage processing industry. They can handle fluids with low lubricating value, such as aerated or demineralized water. All metallic parts in contact with the medium being handled are fabricated in smooth finish stainless steel. These food pumps are provided with food grade elastomer.

Small Wide Throat Food Pump

Roto KWIK Pump
These Pump is designed for effortless maintenance and minimal downtime, making it an ideal solution for industries requiring quick servicing without disrupting operations. Built on the "Maintenance in Place" (MIP) platform, these innovative pumps allows for rapid access to internal rotating components without the need to disassemble suction and delivery pipelines. Standard Pumps can be easily converted to Roto Kwik Pumps by changing the end cover and coupling rod.
